K2 Recoils vs Ar7's + ski size

So I have 2 questions. At the end of last year, I bought a pair of ar7's in 176 for a 60% park 40% all mountain ski. Since the end of last year however, I have grown a ton and I am currently about 6' 150. I could possibly return the ar7's and buy a pair of recoils in 179, which people say are closer to 183. Do you think this would be worth it? I'd like to get at least 2 years or so out of these skis, and I feel like 176 might already be a little on the short side.

Also, how do the recoils compare to the ar7s? They seem like they might be better all mountain, but would they be significantly worse than the ar7's in the park?

Thanks and +k to those who help

Pick up the recoils , great ski! I don't think they are significantly worse in the park but Definetly a better al mountain

Thanks man, I think I'm leaning towards that right now. Anyone else have a comparison of the ar7's and the recoils park performance?

The ar7s are lighter but the recoils are wider and both pairs are relatively stiff.

They are both great all mountain park skis.

Thanks to all for the help. ^ This is kind of what I was thinking the difference would be.

Now, what do you guys think for size wise? Is 176 way too short or would I not notice that much of difference between that and something closer to 181/183? I'm 6' 150.

I think a 181 would be the ideal size for you. You might grow some more this winter, so a 181 is also the safest size to go.

Alright so someone is willing to buy the 176 ar7's and I can get the recoils in 179, which apparently is closer to 181, should I do it?

If you aren't making a loss, I would personally, just for the size, especially if you are still growing.
