K2 Public Enemy question?

I was wondering how much heavier these are compared to the Line Chronics. I am around 5'10", 165-170, and I am hesitent to get some based on people saying they are heavy. Tell me what you know, thanks

 
i have the 04 05 ones. theyre not that heavy. i have look demo bindings which weigh them down alot. but theyre awesome. this years are wider i think. if you want more you can use the search bar.

well the pes are 2000 grams exactly compared to the chronics 2000.1 grams im just kidding i dont know but the weight doesnt really msatter just make up for it in ability dont take shortcuts

neither are "heavy"

don't go with the lightest per say. go with your style of ski you like, and bindings make a difference in wieght too.

you wont notice it once you ski them, only when u carry them. I love PE's and the weight it not noticable when your riding them. Also demo bindings make them seems alot heavier than they should be.

that is very true actually, but the new PE's are not that heavy, i walked a K with them and i didn't find them overly heavy, sure heavier than some but not as heavy as my BC's
