What is your opinion on them for a first time park skier? Any little facts I should be aware of?

They are heavy and topsheets chip easily

i had them as my very first park ski (08 model)and i would not recommend them. They are heavy, have slow bases, stiff like 2 by 4s. not sure if they changed but there are much better options out there.

get some old dynastar troublemakers for cheap...or well really any of them or the 6th sense superpipe seeing as theyre all the same ski

depends on your budget, level of skiier, height etc.

They are poop but a good beater for a first timer.
