K2 Public enemies

for those who are too lazy to click the link, they are brand new 2007 k2 PEs 159cm for $150.

and no, this is not my listing, just trying to give a heads up
 
tru tru, but even though the k2 is a bit on the heavy side, i really like the ski.

that's a pretty awesome deal.

159 seems a little short though, are you sure that's going to be big enough?
 
for me its big enough, dunno about the rest of the crowd, im 5-6/5-7 125lbs but i havent tried riding on 169/171 area yet...
 
i would try going bigger. you'll like em in the long run. right now imm 5'8 135 lbs. and im riding on k2 disorderlys 169cm (174). And they're nice and i could see myself going longer.
 
what exactly are the pros and cons or going longer or shorter?

is it just stability will be better if i get longer and less control?
 
longer skis are better for going faster, and you wont be able to grow out of them,but if your getting this good of a deal i guess you can do what you want by all means. shorter skis kinda look awkward on people but do whatver/
 
i find,

short skis are better to learn on.

it gives you the motion and stuff.

Like im borrowing my friends el ray's 185's since he got new skis.

for the past three months i started "freeskiing" i used 161 line invaders.

Alot better for learning.

(and btw im 5'10 and 180 pounds)
