K2 Measurements?

I'm about to buy some 08/09 Kung Fujas from a dude. Wondering if skis from K2 run short or long for their measurements. The skis are 179 and I'm 6'3". Does that sound alright?
 
I've heard they run a few cm longer than listed. 179 would probably be about 183, which I'd say would fit you fairly well.
 
k2 measures from contact point to contact point. so if your rocker is pretty large like the hellbents or obsethed, you are going to have a longer ski. The Fujas have rocker but nothing super huge :)

Fujas rocker isnt big, but its pretty long. They dont measure from contact point to contact point, the largest Hellbent would be like a 110cm....
 
I'm 6'1" and ride 179's for my hellbents and seths. The skis do run longer, they measure differently because of the camber, however if you a guy who really likes "long" skis then go up to the 189's. However I think you would be fine with 179's
