K2 disorderly v AR6

i currently have k2 fugitives and i love them but after few years they have gotten beaten up. i love the flex on the fugitives but have been looking at the disorderly and ar6s. if any of you have any advise of which one holds up better and whatnot. i 6'3 175lb and ride 90% park but still ride groomers.
 
The Disorderlys are symmetrical and AR6s aren't, that's the biggest difference. I personally LOVE the flex pattern and ride of the Ar6s (they're one of my all time favorite skis), they're nice and soft on the nose for butters, but the stiffer tail profile makes it really easy to stomp bigger landings without washing out.
 
i have had my a6s for 2 years now and they are so durable. i havent found one edge crack yet considering that i beat the shit out of them on rails. this ski is by far the best park ski i have owned and i highly recommend them. good luck with your decision.
 
I can't say anything bad about my ar6's been riding them all season and their just amazing. Stiff enough so you can stick those landings on the big jumps ,but still really fun on rails. They also have a nice sidecut if you want to go rip some groomers and their still wide enough for some powder. Definitely my favorite ski!
 
Luckily for you, I own disorderlys and have used ar6's. The ar6's are stiffer I'd say, probably lighter, and do better on carving and whatnot which is expected. With the small bit of park I skied on them, I thought they were good. I like the disorderlys better since they're softer (I like skis like that) but they don't wash out at high speeds, and I've never washed out on a landing due to my skis being too soft. Both have nice pop, I feel like the disorderly is a little better on rails, feels like it goes on easier. I can't speak for the construction of the ar6, but my skis are holding up great, edges are flawless and I do lots of rails, bases are fine too. Topsheets chip but that doesn't matter.

All in all, I don't think you're going to go wrong with either ski, it's mainly between flex and dimensions at this point.
 
I forgot to add, don't let the fact that one is symmetrical and the other directional alter your decision too much. This is my first time with a symmetrical ski (I got them last year) and I only really noticed a big difference on the first day, if you can ski well, you will be fine with mostly any sort of ski in most places.
 
yeah i have ridin a symm. ski before which i like and it doesnt effect me. i like my fugitives and i knew the ar6 was not symm as well as the fugitives. do the disorderly's peel instead of chip like the ar6?
 
Hmm, well if you hit the edge on the sidewall of the disorderyls, or put your ski into the side of something hard, then yeah it might chip. My topsheet doesn't really peel though. The topsheet edges get frayed or chipped off, but it's not really a problem.
 
I have the Disorderlys, doooope skis, only skied with them for like 1 day but im already in love. Only skied K2s but I will try ar6 in 2 years or so.

The Disorderly is a soft and poppy ski which makes it good for butters etc. Also I think it holds up well for rails. Also I cant understand how easy the ar6 is if it weighs less than the Disoderly. I have marker griffons on them, centermounted ( which is a must ) And they dont weigh shit and I just love them! ive heard that the ar6 is a little bit more playful or how to describe it, it works well in every part of the park, which the disorderly do to but not QUITE as well.

Graphics: The both look good so look for the performance! I could understand if the AR6 is a little more durable than the disorderly.

THeres alot difference between the price though! I bought my disorderlys for about 410 dollars MOUNTED with the marker griffon. The Ar6 costed about 670 dollars mounted with the same binding though. Also I have heard about people in America thats bought the Disorderly for about 250 dollars, which is a redic price!

I cant say go for AR6 or disorderly as I have heard there both great skis. So its up to you I guess!

 
MY FRIEND HAS THE AR6S AND AMATTER AFACT HE LIKES HIS SCRATCH BCS MORE SOO IDK ABOUT THEM.

BUT I GOT THE DISORDLYAND LOVE THEM NOT THE MSOT FLEX BUT IT JUST RIGHT!

WOULD DERFFENTLY RECOMMEND THE DIORDLYS!
