K2 Axis AK Launcher

Was wondering if this is a good skii. Looking for a descent fatski that is mostly usable in powder, but doesn't mind taking a trip into the groomed slopes. Have been looking on Rossignol XXX, but sadly these skiis are impoosible too get new in my part of the world. So my eyes have fallen onto this model of K2's. Thoughts anyone? Is it worth the money?

 
Im not sure about the AK Launcher, but if your looking for a decent fat ski, try the Rossi B2. Its plenty wide underfoot for nice floatation in powder, and can also rip turns on the groomes no problem. Definitely a sweet ski, I'd recommend that, but i havent heard too much about the Axis Ak's. Godd luck finding a ski, Ride on.

ya both the b2 or b3 for that matter and the axis ak launcher, all sick skis. you may wanna look at the salomon extra hot as well. all super sick skis

I just bought a pair of Elan Mantis 777's. I can't wait to turn those fuckers loose. Hate on Elan all you want, they got rave reviews this year and last.

I had the Bandit XXX last year and they were a kick ass ski they can hold egdes on GS Courses like a GS ski at like at 50 MPH and they were a awesome POW ski

my fav groomer ski is the seth pistol. you can crank turns tiwce as hard as any other ski with those

it true 777 are pretty nice ski... I like the Head Monster's last years when i gave them a rip. 85mm waist i think, They ripped all over.
