Kaitlin is a family friend of mine and little girl with a big disease. A few years ago she was diagnosed with Late Infantile NCL. This is a rare disease that limits her mobility and sight. Most NCL children lose nearly all mobility and usually die by age 6.
Kaitlin's mother, Rebecca is doing literally everything in her power to provide the best care for her daughter who she loves so much. Care is expensive and she is always looking for help too.
Rebecca recently entered a competition to win a mobility van so that Kaitlin can comfortably travel to her therapies, grandparents house, swimming, etc.
