Correct. It's a trick that can be done at the very end of the rail and is whipped around real fast giving the hopping/dancing effect.
Fed-ex is blind switch up fs 2 out, because it is the opposite of a k-fed. It used to be called a brittany bitch, but since she is now federline's ex, and a brittany bitch is the opposite of a k-fed, it is now called a fed-ex.
