I ordered RFA from them like 6 weeks ago and about 3 weeks ago they said it would be coming in 2 weeks and it still hasent come, ive tried to call them everyday but each time theres no answer........ anyone else had this problem?

maybe they just stole your money and decided not to send anything online companies do that sometimes and then they try and say someone must have stolen it from your mail.

this happend to me last year when i ordered happy days salad dayz and front line. when i eventually got ahold of someone they said they moved to a new location and must have lost my order form so i ended up getting it a month late. i almost commited suiside

JPP is so horrible... i ordered a ton of movies from them... and because a few of them are delayed in realease dates etc.... i have to wait till like november for them.. and i ordered them in september

Yeah I ordered the 2 superpark videos from them. First off thier release dates were all wrong on the websites, and they still havent corrected them. Then they didnt 'get the video into stock' for another 3 weeks, then it took 10 days to get here when they qouted me 5 after complaining. I got it 6 weeks later then expected. Dont bother with them.

yeah platinum (the canadian equivilent) isnt much better... they still dont even have the movies in stock yet for fucks sakes...
