Just watched Under the Influence

Meh.. Maybe it was because I was drinking all night but I really liked this movie. Your right the voiceovers were kind of lame and the new titles sucked but the skiing was amazing. I was really happy that there was no ski basing in this film either.
 
Seth kills it MUCH harder than any of those guys do when it comes to big mountain skiing. It really is not even close. I love how much better Tanner has gotten, but Seth kills him in big mountain terrain.
 
There we go. Someone who understands a bit more about the difference between backcountry and big mountain.
 
opening shot was buck wild, I can't think of a better way to start a movie, skiing was incredible, soundtrack was decent, editing and voice over was a tgr movie, let the skiing speak for its self. And to who ever called out sages style, you try being steezy skiing a 70 degree face with spines the size of semi trucks.
 
i just watched it. i thought the skiing was great, especially seth and sage but the music was the worst of any ski movie i have seen. but there were some intense lines, some sick pow, and i thought overall the skiing was legit
 
They used a lot of different music. I did like the movie though, but I have to agree with the music on Dana's part. That was just bad. Otherwise I really liked the movie.
