Just moved to Logan, tell me anything

I moved here from Seattle for work. I realize it's not ski central, but it sure as fuck beats skiing in washington DC or san francisco. Bonus points for framing advice in the form of poetry.

P.S. This regional forum appears to blow compared to Washington. Mostly a bunch of fucksticks asking to predict the weather for their trip to PC for tap dancing on metal bars. Is this normal? Also fuck you guys~
 
hahaha, logan sucks unfortunately. I'm going to utah state. one good thing here is the white owl where you can get burgers and a big dog for 7,50 on tuesdays. it's also the only bar i know of. if you want to eat, try the texas roadhouse, best place for steaks and ribs! if you need something for skiing go to al's sportinggoods on north main street. that's all that is important I guess, and yes, the regional here blows..
 
Fun Fact: The Logan Landfill opened in 1960. At first it accepted trash only from Logan, but since 1974 it serves all of Cache County, including all the cities.

Def not. Skiied there for two years and its whack. Yeah theres a bunch of semi- flatpow, one fourty foot cliff, and then literally nothing else worthwile in the whole resort. I am from las Vegas, and Arizona and we have fucking better terrain parks on half the snow..

Get the fuck out of Logan also man. If you go there cool you get sucked into it all and come out awkward.
 
Yeah I am planning on just staying here for a year unless my girlfriend finds something in logan. I'd rather live in North Ogden but 45 min commute still sucks~
 
Logan's kind of heavy on the Mormon side from what I hear. Relatively close to snowbasin/pow mow. But yeah, SLC is light years better than Logan
