They look pretty shitty but they work real well on the tramp. Made them out of:- two 3' long boards- 3 foam pipe insulation tubes. - old shoes- duct tape- packing tape.
Also needed:- Saw- Tape measure- scissors or knife.
The following pictures shows the different steps. I through these together in about 20 minutes. They don't look the best because I didn't spend a lot of time working on them but they are hella fun. if you have tramp skis post pictures below. K+?
Pictures are here:

i did they are 3 foot boards. 1 foot space on each side of the shoe. shoe is 1 foot long. i centered them its just i took the picture from a high angle so it looks shorter on the bottom. dont worry they are centered :)

I personally feel ideas like this are why home owner's insurance for trampolines is through the roof

Haha...I love that you jump on him like he claimed he invented tramp skis.

Next time someone puts up a "tramp" video, you should say the same thing and link a tramp edit.

Or maybe when somebody puts up a regular ski video, you can say "this isn't original" and find some archival footage.

I did, HOWEVER, invent the trampoline. Before me, you assholes were jumping around on mattresses.

well the foam things are flexible and have no form at all. the wood isnt that thick. thick enough to not break but it gives it form and makes it more realistic. i used them today and they worked great. not heavy at all :)

Maybe if his shoes were real tight he might have to worry about his knee but if not and if the tramp ski's would work without the shoes (bindings) being real tight then I imagine that his foot would slide right out of the shoe if there was a bad fall or something like that.

just feels like jumping regularly. they are really light and i notice no difference. thank you for the precautions.

The "boots" should be more like boots, more support, higher cut, so you don't shatter your ankles for the summer!

i don't get it. if they are really light and feel like jumping regularly then why don't you not use them and avoid breaking your ankle?

those will break i've made them beforethe best way to make them is with one of those foam snow sleds and use a skill saw to cut the skis out. then dig out a spot for your feet and strap them to your feet with ski straps

i tried some tramp skis out of some like foam padding duct taped into the shape of skis with a thin wood core. all they did was flop around and it was really gay
