Just how epic this season was...

I went hiking up to Pinnacle Lake yesterday in snohomish county and about 90% of the lake is still frozen over. With about 8 feet of snow in some places. Elevation is 3800 feet, I was stunned to see so much snow. Saw a few avalanches from the surrounding peaks which was pretty sweet. Made me want to bust out the skis cause there were some sick looking lines up there.

Oh, another thing...jumping into a lake that is mostly frozen over or fishing shirtless in the sun for 5 hours isnt the best idea. Now I feel like shiiit and burned as hell.

all the trails from paradise at rainier were still covered in snow today

Pinnacle Lake out by Granite Falls. Bout a 2 mile hike,plenty of snow to play in.

Me thinks a trip to either of these locations is in order for me next weekend.
