u obviously do not know the "proper" technique to running, heel cushioning on shoes make u run "heel to toe" which is the wrong way to run, humans were ment to run on the balls of their feet which is what the five finger shoes make u do, its basically like running bare foot, but without fucking up ur feet....get learneddddd......more heel cushioning makes u run in a more unnatural form, thus leading u to become a worse runner..
