Jump lenght at Mammoth

I'm wondering if anybody knows how long the last jump in the unbound main is? We thought 60, but I feel like I'm exagerating.

 
doubt it, the last time i was there the third hit was like 65 so... i would assume the last is at least that size

Yeah, we were saying 60-65. It jsut didn't feel that big, probably because it had perfect shape. I had to start from above the half pipe, so about 500ft away.

i dont think thats the largest jump, well, im basing that by mammoths website description, but that is pretty vauge. any locals have any insight? im going to be there in a week and a half, and im curious whats up for jumps and shit

 
its the biggest right now...but theres more to come...it doesnt seem that big till you hit...it feels like 70 but its more like 50

^^ why would you want a jump that shoots you high as a motherfucker? its so much harder to do shit... i like jumps that have a good lip thats not too flat but not too vert

i was just at stowe, theyve got two tables right now, one is about 30 and is smooth as hell and the other is about 40 and is even better, theyre perfect

You can have tables that have really high decks, so that the lip up to it is really long, so you go super high, but you're not getting bucked off the lip like you would if it were smaller.

Like a good hip.

yea i love the jumps you can really float and spin on... i hate the jumps that just shoot you up cause you cant just do straight spins on them you have to do corks or inverts
