So I just thought I would comment on owning a couple of pairs of poles. I have owned two pairs of Carbons now. I broke both. In my opinion neither incident should have broken a pole, but I still absolutely love the poles and will probably still buy them in the future. That being said, the last pair that I broke, Joystick replaced. I e-mailed them explaining the situation, that in fact the pole I broke I purchased from someone else, not even retail. I thought they wouldn't do anything, but sure enough, a week or so later I get a tracking number and a brand new pair of Carbons show up.
Thanks Joystick. I'll keep buying your poles.
 
When I sent in for stickers Anthony replied with a hand written letter and stickers.. That's so legit
 
Anthony is the man. Huge respect for him and Joystick. I love my poles and won't look anywhere else for them.
 
Same here. I needed some replacement baskets for my Joysticks and I got a set of baskets for free and a handwritten letter from Anthony B. Great customer service, and surprisingly really good poles. I've had my poles for like 2-3 seasons now and I've fallen on them a bunch and still haven't broken them.
 
pretty much the same thing for me, they sent me 2 normal baskets, basket holder, 2 pow baskets and a joystick die cut sticker. I deff will be buying my poles only from them now on
 
Sounds great, I want to buy those green ones when they come out, but I live in europe, how can I get those and wat will it cost me?

I emailt joystick today if I can get a pole larger than 125cm, like 130/135 (I'm a big guy..) what do you guys think? Can they make me happy for next season?
