Jonathan Buckhouse child abuse

I think it’s extremely stupid to have a loaded handgun in a cubby somewhere with 7 year olds running about. If the kids really saw a bear, he should’ve put the gun literally anywhere but a cubby without a door. I think he should be fully prosecuted for whatever laws are in place to prevent this sort of thing from happening.

That's actually crazy. Obviously an accident... but to have young children and still be negligent enough to leave a loaded firearm even CLOSE to them is pretty unexcusable.

Y’all need to learn how to train your kids.

would you be trying to criminally charge your homie for negligence if his kid got in your car and ran another one over?

You think the whole thing’s a publicity stunt to generate views and collect some reds?

You think he shot the kid?

like when T Jacob crashed that plane on purpose?

Makes sense. He'll probably make a lot of videos about this hoping it will get views because he's crying.

Would you be saying this if he left the keys in his car and your kid backed over another kids leg?

Sure, like you said your self: train your kids

Are you from America?

I’m sorry but if you’re 7 you should know not to play with a pistol. But that gaper fuck is way more dumb for leaving his Glock out

Yeah, obviously he's completely at fault for leaving a loaded handgun within reach of a 7-year-old. But IMO if you own guns and have kids it's a good idea to teach them gun safety.

/thread for when im sober and can review

pretty much his kid (revenue generator) didnt want to be in his youtube vlog and rent was due so jon (fried off cbd oil) was threatning him with a loaded firearm and accidently shot him in the patella

Based on the way the article reads, it seems like the parents are equally at fault since they put their kids in there allegedly knowing our boy Bucchouse put his gat down in there. Thank goodness the kid is ok though for real

Yeah that would also be thr fault of the parent IMO, i used to be a kid and ca vouch that kids are super retarded. You also have control of whether or not your kid knows where your keys/firearm are kept

You cant seriously be arguing that leaving a loaded gun within reach of a child is anything other than criminal negligence? A seven year old got shot. Also, it is illegal to not secure a firearm.

and yes? I would be? At the very minimum a child getting hold of a car and crashing it will get an extremely scrutinizing visit from cps. If the kid hurt anyone you are going to be also held liable. Welcome to the real world I guess? Parents are responsible for their crotch goblins.

and good luck "training" a seven year old.

I'm feeding the troll aren't I

Gotta be, rereading this thread and there's no way this dude is being fr

You’re a massive pussy who doesn’t understand the real world and personal responsibility.

Would you hold your buddy criminally liable if he took your 7 year old skiing and he hit a tree?

Obvious troll is obvious.

Should you leave a loaded gun around a kid?

prob not.

should it be a law?

no.

gladd to see y’all want to get some good old fashioned court room vengeance tho.

Y’all gonna let your kids do 70mph on a set of skis and let them sit in a chair 50ft in the air without a safety harness then be like “you gotta lock that gun up bro”

it’s really amazing how much y’all want the government involved in your lives.

Fuck any parent who prostitutes their kids on social media so they can make a quick buck.

This is no different than the pieces of shit that force their kids to be child actors or to participate in beauty pageants. This guy fucking sucks and I hope CPS takes away his parental rights.

The funny thing is he's mentioned multiple times that he's against using his children for views yet continues to make clickbaity videos of his children.

A skier sticker, I’ve met him a few times in real life. He’s a chill dude, doesn’t deserve the hate but he made a bad mistake.

Sick, yeah Ik he has good intentions just sad to see such a mistake happen. He doesn't deserve it tbh he does what he does so he can survive off YouTube (like clickbait and stuff).

It’s his main form of income, if making more money means doing that, I would. I wouldn’t keep a loaded gun around my kids though… I am 2A but you need to be responsible.
