Is this serious, did we seriously decide to give this guy an orange name? Im not bringing this up as a question about his rap career being legitimate but this guy is the biggest troll/ worthless member on the site right now.

Theres a rule on the website about self promoting buisnesses. If you want to advertise on NS you need to pay for an ad package. He is using his account to get views on his videos.... in every post he makes.

how does he do this? he insults people and laughs at them so that we click his videos to laugh at him. not only is that self advertising, but its the most dissrespectfull way I have ever seen it done.

The type of shit this guy says would have had anyone else banned ages ago, but nooo hes John Fucking Mccmurray, a washed up pro who helped our sport and so we have to respect him. He has no respect for us and this website, he should get his orange name taken away and banned. If we want to stop trolling (Rowen) we should probably not give the leader troll an orange name!

that makes more sense. can anyone find some edits of him skiing? i think i've seen a few, but not in a while.

why does it matter to you? and why would we not support former pros? really, what is wrong with that?

Seriously. McMurray is actually a pretty humble guy in person. I had never met him before, was walking around up in the rocks last year shooting at Hood. He comes over and talks to me for a while, introduces himself as Jon and hands me a disc. Immediately when I saw LCP on the cover I realized it was McMurray. I said what up to him and shot the shit with him for a while. Dudes got juevos the size of texas. Plus he consistently had segments back in the day.
 
Like him as a skier, hate the music haha but have a bit of extra respect cause hes outta calgary
 
actualy doug himself changed my name with bigjim to pink as a joke and they just kept it like that

god damnit this guy is pissing me off, i don't care that hes a has been, he should have a blue account for all his non ski related postings (especially the self promotions)
 
I had the same knee-jerk reaction to McFee et al.'s latest offering. But I gained a new respect for that dude after reading through his latest thread. He's undeterred by the shit talkers and he actually complements them. When he does engage with his detractors, its in a gentlemanly rap battle. I'm glad he's on the site.
 
I have a feeling the admins disagree with you. Based on the fact they run the site I'm guessing they are right and you are wrong.

i honestly don't care whether or not 'mcfee' has an orange name. at least thall is still involved in skiing. you can tell he truly cares. mcmurray, on the other hand, regardless of what he may have done for skiing in the past, is obviously posting on here just to troll. you know his posts are bad when they are more inflammatory than your hair. so your analogy makes no sense. just sayin.
