Job/Legal question

I'm looking for jobs next winter and was wondering if it's legal for me to take pictures of tourists/whoever else (much like people you see at some mountains that work for the resorts) and call out their number and sell them online without being affiliated with the resort? Also would I have to pay taxes, etc?

+k for answers

yea i dont know about that

try dressing up like one and sneaking on the hill, but then again the skiers wouldnt no where to look for your pictures

so...you want to take pictures and hope people will buy them? Just like every other freelance photographer out there? Obviously that's legal, but the mountain can kick you off/take your pass if the decide to, as it's their property

there is a guy who does it on my "local" hill in scotland and there was a guy who was doing pics of people hitting the airbag when i was in tignes, so its not totally unheard of and so possible if the US isnt too fucked up on people having photos taken without initial permission. to be fair i dont think people notice that much but im sure he makes some money. http://www.action-heroes.co.uk/site/home.asp heres the link to his site.
