alright, so for all you rightcoasters, we went back and forth last year on Jiminy's park. It was much much better than in years past since it had been moved and actually some money spent on it. Today the park was opened, for the first time this year, and immediatly you could see change. THe Smart Card is required (and yea, they are enforcing it)so the crowd was much slimmer. Also, and sound system was playing. Once in the park you were greeted by a smoooootthh 40' rainbow box, then hip, with a c box on top of it. From there a HHUGGE step-up with 3 diff landings was sick (although practically unclearable if you hit it straight... apparently its 75') though this will be fixed by next week we were promised. From there you go past the pipe which wll be ready by mid-week, it will be 14' this year as opposed to 12'. There is another new 40' flat box (its super-smooth with a little gap to get onto it. Then, again there is another hip to the left.. By the bottom where John Hancock comes out a beastly quarter pipe is fun to goof around on, and watch snowboarders do some crazy shit. Also, off to the right, where the 60 footer was last year is now a 30' gap with little lip, but it is soposedly being moved back this week and a lip being built up.

Jiminy officaily has a sick park, and escpecially for opening day, I think things can only get better and cant wait for some more of those rails and boxes to get setup.

Also, today was the firts day for the good ol' doeble chair. It was slow as hell but still movin. And JJ's Lodge opened for the first time. Although East Base will be missed, it is certainly a fitting replacement.

 
I was at jiminy today to and i agree 100% with earl. It was crazy. The rainbow box and straight box were amazingly nice and the spine/stepup was huge only 1 person cleared it. more work to be done.. i can't wait.
 
Wow, sounds like a lot of small mountains out here are getting park crazy, the rightcoast scene is officially dope.
 
thats fuckin sick, there park last year was sick and this year sounds so much better, especially with that sound system-I want that park in my mouth
 
the last jump was 60 this year too. i hit it on saturday, sunday, and monday.. and the only thing that changed was the lip.. has this changed since monday?? it better still be 60 cause 30ft is gay.. i liked that no one was hittin it cause the lip..whatever it was.. was still intack.
