Jiberish Superb Customer Service

Just wanted to poke in, I have noticed as of recent, the many great encounters with Jiberish staff on all basis posted by many NS users.
Within the past month or so, I have had some bad dealings with purchasing items from them. They sent me 4 items in my S&G (quickly shipped me another item). Sold me another item, that they ended up not having in stock (refunded me that day). And also recently purchased an item from their new online store, to find out that they had some issues with inventory when releasing that site.
I received a surprising phone call today, from none other than Gabe, co-founder of Jiberish. Basically laid it all out on the line, stating how they screwed up and are acknowledging my past issues and how they are appreciative that I haven't given up with their company. He then proceeded to offer me anything that they had in stock in their store. Didn't matter the price, they'd honor ANYTHING.
All in all, I am amazed at their customer service. For one, having an owner call personally, not a shop employee. Acknowledging their errors, and then willing to do whatever it took to keep a customer satisfied. Shows a lot. I for one, will be a customer again.
If anyone else has been taken care of with great respect, please post it here, as Jiberish does deserve a great deal of recognition for their efforts.
 
Service is the best I have ever seen from a company. Period.

I had an issue with a sweatshirt, and I emailed them at like noon from school. I got home to an email from Jiberish and a message from Peter Drago on my homephone. The issue was resolved like lighting, and Jiberish went miles above what was necessary to satisfy a customer.
 
Gabe is a boss, helped me out when I was the lohi store last month. They handle everything professionally and I will support them for some time to come
 
My S&G problems were solved ASAP

also Had a call from him a few years back when I returned two hoodies and was offered anything I wanted, then proceeded to talk for an hour on the new line

Jiberish is legit and stands by their products
 
I EMAILED JIBERISH AFTER RECEIVING MY SMASH AND GRAB BECAUSE I RECEIVED 7 2XL SHIRTS AND 1 XL SHIRT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND OUT ANOTHER 2XL AND EVERYTHING SEEMED FINE AND DANDY.

FAST FORWARD 2 WEEKS AND I SEND THEM AN EMAIL ASKING THE STATUS ON THE REPLACEMENT 2XL SHIRT. I SENT THE EMAIL A COUPLE DAYS AGO AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. I AM SURE THEY ARE JUST BUSY, BUT DOES ANYONE HAVE ANOTHER RECOMMENDATION FOR GETTING IN CONTACT WITH ABSTRACT MALL/JIBERISH?
 
i like that when they really screw up and inconvenience you as happened to those of you noted above, they rectify the issue to a proper extent, but it's not to the point of first drop where they just throw more shitty product at you to settle you down. Polite but sustainable business practicies
 
You know my best experience with jiberish was when they sent me my sweater and stitching was coming out/missing fresh out that bag. Or the time when the zipper on the o.g ignant broke. Couldnt be more pleased with those guys. Quality clothing at a very affordable price.
 
Something I love about Jiberish is the CS. Anytime I have a problem they are fast to respond and always have great ways of solving the problem. When my order didn't arrive because of the traffic from the Smash and Grab they put it on 2nd day air to get here.
 
I %100 agree. Whenever I emailed them they responded within the day and if not the next day. Jiberish has the best customer service out there! Keep it up!
 
Sending a nasty email in all caps isn't going to help your case. If you are mature and act casually, they'll treat you with respect. Who wants to help a young kid customer that sends them an angry email.
 
I ordered my smash and grab in the first 2 minutes. I emailed them nicely a couple weeks later and they said they missed my order. They said they would send it out really quick with an extra shirt. About a week later I finally got it but no extra shirt. I emailed them to say thanks but also that they didn't send an extra shirt. They never replied. So overall an okay experience. I had to wait a long time but I liked the shirts I got. Bad customer service imo but that wouldn't stop me from buying something again
 
last year when i had issues with my airstocrat i exchanged several phone calls with pete dragoto get my situation resolved perfectly. Its awesome.
 
Everyone is saying they have good customer service because they resolve all these problems. If they really had superb customer service, they wouldn't have problems processing simple orders and getting the right items shipped quickly.
 
Okay difference of opinion I guess.

I'm not by any means saying it's easy to have superb customer service. A company that forgets to send many different orders, sends many different wrong sized items and often the wrong number of items doesn't have superb customer service in my opinion though
 
wouldn't that be like a different category than customer service? for some reason I keep telling myself that. anyone care to clear this up...
 
Damn they just called me and told me that they actually had sold out of 3xl green lohi's but on their webstie but the website has a flaw where you can order sold out things. In short everyone who ordered a lohi will probably not be getting one and instead a refund or something else.
 
My friend ordered a hoodie this winter and they sent him the wrong size. They sent him his whole order again free of charge. got damn
 
Jiberish deals with all their order problems very well, but it seems to me that they have way too many of these order problems. They should work on fixing that first. I've dealt with Jiberish 3 times and not one transaction has gone smoothly. They eventually fix them with good customer service, but theres a point where good customer service can't help you anymore.
 
The reason they are having so many problems right now is because their new website gave people the option to buy items that had been sold out.(It didn't actually let you buy the "sold out item it just said 1 left) I believe they fixed it but now there are a few people (like me) who are being offered any piece they have in stock to replace the "sold out' item they bought.
 
My problems with Jiberish go 3 years back, and I know I'm not the only one who had them. These are not a new thing because of their website.
 
Let's just say Gabe is the man, and the experience and options as a company that not only Jiberish, but Gabe gave me this past week are second to none. He hooked it up beyond belief and because of this I only see myself supporting them more in the future
 
Once again, Gabe knows whats up, there was a problem with my order and he called me doing anything he could to fix it. I'm extremely impressed.
 
He did the same with everyone but Im still kinda pissed that this happened in the first place also they don't have anything good in stock so I just got a refund.
 
We deal with quite a few companies at our shop, Jiberish has been one of the best in terms of taking care of the people who purchase the products they offer. Thanks Jiberish, and thanks for the thread!
 
Dude, I know assume you scream all the time in real life, and that you probably have anger issues..

There was a mix up with my S&G order, but it was resolved very quickly and effectively. It sounds like there were problems with orders on the new website, I find it understandable that there were some bugs to work out because they have never had a store option on their site before. Hopefully they are making it so that orders will be handled better and there will be less mix ups in the future, but when there inevitably are, because nothing is perfect, I am confident that their awesome customer service will be there to resolve them quickly and professionally as they always have
