Just wanna post my recent encounter with jiberish's customer service
So i got a solid gold tee for my birthday back in the fall, and wore it for the first time under my ski jacket about a 6 weeks ago. First time i wore it and the gold was peeling off. It was not too bad but i only wore the shirt once and 4 or 5 pieces were peeling off. So i shot Pete an E mail on January 16th and he called me saying how he would replace it for another shirt and it would be shipped out the next day. This was about 4 weeks ago and I still got no shirt. I e mailled Pete on January 31, he responded saying he swore it was sent out and he would look into it, no reply. Then i e mailed him on February 3, no reply. E mailed him again on February 7, once again, no reply.
WTF JIBERISH? I know it was very kind of you that you would replace my tee shirt. But I expect you to follow through with it. Did not expect this from a company i hear so many good things about
