Jib bindings necessary?

im new to freeskiing and im still going to do mostly all mtn/groomers but i want to go into the park occasionally so is it necessary to have bindings like p10s or can i go for something cheaper on my public enemys?

if you get the p10's you can have the exact same setup that im gonna have next season!! but im not sure, if you get the p10's off of bcstore for 125, you're not gonna get much cheaper than that for anything so why not just get them

I ski Killington

College passes are awesome

The only difference is in the lifter plate under the binding. The lifter plate allows you to set greater angles and catch better edges in the snow. In the park it will not affect your performance. If anything it will allow you to set better edges in the snow! The jibs have no lifter plate creating you to be closer to the snow, lowering your center of gravity, slight turning performance difference..If any at all. With the lower center of gravity you will have better balance on rails, boxes etc. I have the p12 ti with the lifter on my liberty's and I love them.

oh i worded my post wrong, i mean can i get any bindings as in like axium 100s not specific freeski bindings because there are cheaper ones. Also does the p10 come with a wide enough brake for an 80mm waist?
