Met the owner and the kid is a douchebag. Reminds me of a highschooler cool kid that thinks hes the shit. Asked him about the skis and he some douchebag attitude, didn't say much. Makes sense tho because everyone who thinks to buy jets is in a cringe popularity contest. You dumb fuck kids really do bite anything you see on the internet and think this company is all mysterious and "core" but really your buying skis from a scumbag dickhead. Cheers

Jets are the best ski I’ve ever ridden, what makes them cool is not that their “core”. It’s more that you enjoyed there film so much and you are supporting them to see them put out more video parts. Just because he didn’t cater to you on your knees doesn’t make anyone anything, other than that you didn’t get the attention you were looking for. Respect the people that still put out videos and get inspired by the people representing the community.
 
Can speak on this. Ordered some skis, judge me if you want, but dude said he’d deliver them right after 7pm, he never showed up. And was like “sorry brother! I forgot!” I didn’t get the skis until I was back in town a week later and he didn’t respond until I offered to pick them up myself. (I paid a delivery fee online when ordering). Spoke really nice to me over text but doesn’t seem to care about his customers very much, what do u expect. Wasn’t a dick but just kinda was frustrating to work with.

Dude I started skiing park on 165cm fisher rc4 race skis and I had more fun hitting rails on those things then on blue jets.

Yeah man I agree but 15 year olds with their insatiable appetite to be core and edgy while looking hood, who grew up in a gated community don't care. They just want to be seen on jets in their IG post that they will delete after they post the next one

i've seen him here and there off and on since i got into the scene 20 years ago and he's for sure a nice, nerdy (imo in a good way), good dude who definitely cares a lot about skiing and does a lot for da kids. but he can def be acerbic and has strong opinions. and he's a person, we all have good and bad days.... and shit i'd be moody af if i lived in a van for weeks at a time

I don't even ride jets, but come on. How many people do you think watched zootspace and then wanted a pair of jets? Also they're similar to icelantics from what I've heard, and they're cheaper. A lot of really dope skiers ride them. Makes sense that people, especially kids, want to ride them. But I guess it's easier to just dismiss the kids as being stupid cloutchasers. Lame oldhead mentality imo

But seriously any "product" that has tons of faulty issues, multiple testimonies from people as seen on NS and social media and elsewhere, no warranty program or customer service? How hasn't this fucking kid been reported to the BBB or something? Its literally a scam he's running

The BBB has no real power, they are just a nonprofit that gives businesses ratings. You're thinking of the FTC, which has power to regulate and shut down businesses that they can build a case of fraud against.

Either way what actual case of scam would be happening here? Jet sells skis that they tell you almost nothing about, and is the durability really any worse than say line, salomon, or old surface?
