I used searchbar, but my ? wasnt really answered so......do the jesters have the same issues like all other markers i have ridden on have?(terrible pre release, cheap construction, breakage?) I need some new bindings for my lizzies and im between jesters and p18s. I really want the jesters because they are so light and i like their wide footprint, but i dont wanna blow $300 on a binding that will just be a pain in my ass all the time.

no. jesters are sick. i have had zero problems and I have not heard of any other people having major issues with them. the wide footprint is sick for fat skis, and they are super light. I would recommend them.

I work in a shop that sells them and I have mounted more than a few. In my opinion they are not the best binding. If you don't weigh much then they are probably fine, but we have definately seen a few break, both toe and heal. I haven't heard anyone complain about pre-release like the old style. Obviously Marker stands behind them, but it sucks to wait for replacements.

That might have been true early season but it took 2 weeks to find them for my Gotamas about a month ago.

I have them on my Bacons and love them.

For reference I'm 5'9 145. lbs.

no pre release

no problems

just a sick light binding
