Jeffrey vs poacher

I swear this is my last ski thread, I’m I’ve made a lot of them recently

anyways, I rode surface givers this year, they were fun but I need something more stable on jumps. I learned most of the single flips this year , and I plan on learning doubles this coming season. I ski at copper (which has pretty big jumps). I’ve heard jeffreys are kinda heavy and unresponsive, but I can’t find a good review with their cons because people seem to dickride On3p here. I have also never seen someone in the xgames or big comps riding Jeffrey’s before.

poachers from what I’ve heard are I really solid stiff park ski. Some of the best athletes in the world ski them , and the only bad thing I’ve heard about them is the durability , but they’re so cheap that I won’t be too mad if they break. As long as they last like ten days I’ll be happy lol.

anyway if someone has skied either of these skis I’d love to hear feedback and suggestions.

Can't provide too much commentary on this subject as I haven't owned the poacher, but what I can say is that ON3P lists the jeffery 102 (they no longer have the 96 apparently?) in 181cm as 1970 g/ski on their website. K2 doesn't list the weight of the poachers on their site but there is a roofbox review of them in the 177cm size and they list them at 2058 g/ski. So I believe the poachers are actually heavier than even the 102 jeffreys.

id say the durability of the poachers actually isn’t that bad i got probably 15 days on mine this season and other than the topsheets peeling off like string cheese i really had no problems

I had poachers, I'm confused though because mine were the most durable ski I've skied on as well as my friends. I bought them used and beat them till they had rocker profile like my vishnus,

Gave um away to some kid who wanted to learn park but had race skis and he had a blast on them last season as well so there still going

dude it doesn't matter what fucking skis you see on tv. poachers are super heavy and pretty stiff. jeffery's are defiantly more all rounded and more fun overall. k2 skis are shit. on3p are the best ski company hands down.

I have no problem with ons but they're just not for me or the mid west really, have magnus 90s and theyre to stiff for most Minnesota and Wisconsin parks. As for k2 I agree with body mind and soul.
