Jeffrey 102 config

About 2 months ago I made a post asking for recommendations about a park ski for someone who's 6'9. I got a lot of feedback

and I've settled on a custom pair of ON3P Jeffrey 102's. For reference I'm 6'9 and I weigh roughly 230lbs, and I ski a 191. I

need input on what layup and stiffness to go with. I need a stiffer ski due to my height and weight, but I've heard from people

that the 102's are already fairly stiff. Will I have to pick the stiffer flex option or should I leave it as is? Also I don't understand

what the purpose of the different layups are, so am I better off keeping stock? Any help would be appreciated. :3

You’re a big bigger than me, I’m 6’3 200 and ride the Jeff 102 191, normal layup.

It’s really just a preference and tbh if you don’t know then I’d just go stock.

It would help tho if we knew what other skis you rode before

ON3P already makes fairly stiff skis as stock. I wouldnt change the layup from stock unless you have touring in mind, and I wouldnt change the flex unless you have already experienced an ON3P and KNOW you want a different flex.

I can only recall maybe one or two regular customers that ordered all their skis with extra stiffness when I worked there. One was around 6'10, 350lb - some guy out of the midwest raised on corn and potatoes. Extra stiffness worked out well there.

Most people buying 191cm ON3P's arent 5'6" and 150lbs anways - would bet you will be just fine.

I ended up with an extra stiff Vicik one time. It was literally unskiable for me.
