Japan resort worker guy?

i went to japan earlier this season and it was pretty sweet. might try to get a job at rusutsu or whoever hires me next season, how bad does it suck?

also how hard would it be to get a work visa or whatever else i need?

i took 3 years in middle/ highschool but i’m not good enough to talk to people , i can read kinda
 
japan is based and if you want any chance of surviving there you'll want to fully assimilate. become fluent first. they're not gonna put up with you not understanding them and they shouldn't.
 
If u go to a resort like Hakuba or Niseko, u defo don't need to speak japanese, absolutely full of Aussies. I did a season in Hakuba and didn't need Japanese at all. Was sick, highly recommend!
