I know this is probably a joke, but untracked snow gun snow is probably the sketchiest thing to ever ski on, I don't blame him for not laying an edge too hard, you never know what's going on in those piles.

SO MUCH THIS. holy shit it went from ice to wet slush to semi decent powder back to ice every 10 feet. I actually came over one of those rollers in a shot and stopped dead in my tracks. Glad that shot didn't make the cut
