Dear What.cd, I hate paying for things. I know you do as well. Therefore, here are the recipes for Jamba Juice smoothies, enjoy not paying for them any more.
First you will need to know that a scoop is about 3 ounces and the ice scoop is 2 oz.
1 ice cube = 1 oz.
Some other general smoothie info:
If the smoothie is proper consistency, it should form a mound in the middle of the cup. Smoothies are best enjoyed with straws if the consistency of the smoothie is correct. Before blending the smoothie, you should perform the "CHA". This is a single, firm shake of the blender. This helps gets everything in the blender mixed and helps the blending process (avoids air bubbles, ect). I believe the term "CHA" came from the sound the ice should make when you shake the blender. If air bubbles for while blending, your smoothie is likely too thick (too much frozen fruit or ice), not a big deal. Just take it off and shake out the air bubbles.
