Dude slipped under my radar for a while, just found his youtube series. Sick to witness his skiing evolution from big air, to bc freestyle, to serious backcountry shredder. Give it a watch!

 
That's dope. Kind of forgot about Jacob to tell ya the truth. Once upon a time he was a park super pro, was one of the big faces of the Armada team.

I like when skiers show that they can take their talents out of the park and prolong their careers. I'm really hoping to see that from Henrik one day.

Probably. Its good to see he's taking this commitment to the environment seriously by continuing his job flying all over the world and doing heli shoots rather than working for non-profits focused on environmental issues.

Lol this made me laugh.. Jacob is a strange dude.. amazing skier and semi-decent surfer though.. his youtube channel is legit.

to be fair, he's not really flying around the world that much. He hikes his lines and the footage from the air is shot with a drone. out of all pros he seems to be quite considerate, unsure if this comes by choice or by a lower budget ;)
 
He's a legend in my eyes. I mean the dude had shots in Teddy Bear crisis didn't he? Stoked to see some park shots of him more recently at the SLVSH cup. He had such a killer jump game in his day, hell still does.

I'm not sure how much geography knowledge you got, so I'm just gonna give you the benefit of the doubt here.

Chamonix is in Europe, as well as the other places in his recent series. He scaled back on his lifestyle quite a bit.

You made fun of Jacob's environmental consciousness and got aggressive towards others when it was pointed out that you're completely wrong.

Read - Think - Write. If you had any decency skierman, you would've just typed something like "oh, is misread it, sorry", but well.

Summary: Jacob Wester is topic of this conversation and not in Alaska.
