Jacket damaged by firework, any way to fix?

So yeah, the thing is, i was really unlucky. A rocket hit my jacket and exploded (thank god i didnt get hurt). The rocked damaged the jacket a little, so im wondering, is there any way to wash away the black color with for instance soap? Or do i have to use stronger stuff? Well you judge and please come with a helpful advice or tip.

i would say try to wash/scrub with soap and hot water... otherwise, i'm not sure. i guess you could hypothetically sew a patch onto it, but that wouldn't look all that great either.

well the black stuff is burned material... so basically you get rid of that, you get rid of part of the jacket. i would say you gotta put on a patch (look for something that will be close in color or cool) or just roll with it like that...

Yeah, I don't have good experiences with it tho. I was celebrating the new year on a mountain where I was hit by parts of a rocket, before we were skiing down. Had to ice it the whole night, haha.

But anyway, I think he used his ski-jacket at a normal jacket. With other words, I don't think he was skiing then.
