Title says it. Anyone ever had problems with j skis dependability? how would you compare it to a company like ON3P that is widely known for producing sick, durable skis.

My friend broke three pairs in one season if that answers your question

Probably an unfortunate experience and could depend how big he is and how he uses them. Honestly Jskis has probably top 3 or so durability in the game, and probably the best customer service. The graphics are sick and I've heard nothing but great things. There are some unlucky experiences. A friend of mine broke 2 pairs of ON3Ps in a season and ON3P might have the best durability out there. If you take care of your skis these should last you a while. Also it depends on much you ski these, obviously rails damage any ski after a while, and the more you use a ski, the quicker it gets banged up.

lol i did that with Lines 2 seasons ago. yeah they just don't seem to be as durable as they should be. my friend had a pair and delaminated the entire edge of both skis after like 10 days on them and cracked the edges too.

If you wax them once every week to 10 days they will last longer, just with any other ski. detune your edges when you get them, again, like any other ski they will crack much easier and quicker if you don't. J skis does have the thickest edge in the industry, and overall durability is great. They should last you longer than something like after bangs. If you have any issues JLev is always very helpful

Had my JSkis for 1 season now, and bases and edges are excellent. Only problem is topsheet chipping
