Just downloaded "The Eighty Six" and want to watch it but iTunes is being a bitch. Ever since I updated to newest version I can't play any of my movies. I repeatedly get this message....

Apple store is closed today otherwise I would just go in and see what they could do. I have done these troubleshooting options to no avail (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1389).

Anyone dealt with this? From doing some internet research it seems like a fairly common problem but I can't solve it.

+K for helpful answers

have you transferred all your itunes info from a different computer recently? that's what happen to me...but if you bought it on the certain computer you are trying to watch it from...then that's weird

send me the movie file and i'll check it out.

ha, kidding. if you can find the location of the video, try opening it with a program called VLC player, you can find it online for free.

if you haven't authorized your iTunes account on your computer that could be, especially if you originally downloaded it on an iPhone or something, hopefully thats helpful

I figured it out. Something was wrong with my Quicktime Version. I had to reinstall another version, and everything worked.

Thanks for the input thought. +K to all.
