Itunes store help

when ever i want to go into the itunes store, this pops up. NS could you please help me out.

I can usually just hit refresh and it goes away...

4. uncheck "use proxy"

Are you looking in Internet Explorer? Cause I never use IE, but I had to do it in IE.

Make sure to go to Internet options->Connections->LAN Settings

im using firefox. and i went into control panel and i went to internet options and i couldnt find anything about proxy

Like I said, I'm pretty sure you have to do this in IE.
