Itunes can go to hell

all i wanted to do is buy an album, but for some gay reason it asks me for my answers to my security questions. i try a few times, but cant remember them, so i decide to look at the customer support. ALL the support links i went to said there would be some magical "reset button" that would reset the answers to my questions, yet every time i went to the exact place they said it would be, there was nothing of the sort. so i try again, and locks my account for 8 hours. great.

anyone else share my absolute hate for itunes?
 
the new itunes is the shittiest POS excuse for an application ever. I fucking hate it with a passion
 
Yeah you just google search the old version before the new one, download it and install it. Worked for me.
 
transferred all my music from my pc to my macbook...none of my music from cd's or similar imported into my new library....WHY
 
I've used iTunes for ages, I have a 326gb collection of experimental French underground remixes of Spade-toothed whale sounds in Apple Lossless Audio Codec and I never had any problem whatsoever with it.

LOL, I haven't updated iTunes in forever...definitely over a year...maybe even two. It seems like every update they come out with is worse than the last version, so I just stopped updating it.
