It's Snowing In Breck!

i know it snowed on all the peaks, as i could see it from my porch.but is it snowing in downtown breck or up in the mountains?
 
I wish it snowed near me this weekend... but hey we got rain, so that's great!
Let me explain why rain is so good. I'm in California. In California, it doesn't rain until after Halloween, ever. First rain is always the day after Halloween. (sorta). Rain in september bodes well for me!
Now it just has to get cold in the mountains.
 
It's going to be a great winter in the Rockies. Aspen's are already changing and the bears are putting a lot of weight on. Skiing in 3-4 weeks.
 
WTF It didn't rain here at all. It rained for about 30 seconds two weeks ago, but it was also raining ash from wildfires. It hasn't rained in like....months. Probably since April.

Its starting to drop below 100 degrees most days though so thats nice.

where i am all the snow is melting FAST cos i live in australia and its always warm
but now its getting rediculos 17 degrees last night at 900 FML lol but i had a good season
 
This is complete reverse stereo typical not a single place in canada is snowing right now not even in the arctic. WTF is wrong with the world these days.
 
Yeah. Rain is always nice to see. It actually poured here in Fresno in June, and we got 18 in. of snow in May, unfortunately the mountain had closed like three-four weeks earlier and most snow was gone. the same day I skied closing weekend my friend went wakeboarding. She said the water was cold as fuck, but still, wakeboarding in April. The only downtime here in CA is October, otherwise I can ski one weekend, and be at the lake the next. It always smells so good after the first rain. All the dust gets washed away and everything feels so fresh, I love it.
