when I was 5 I got landed on by a snow boarder when he was using this cat walk type thing 10 feet away from the lift as a snowbaord...broke my collar bone then peaced. Luckily ski patrol found him. Unfortunately the man gave a false phone # and we couldnt contact him so we could sue him...5 years later we find out he's hiding in florida, we get him in court sue the fuck out of the bastard
