It was -40 windchill on top of Jay Peak this morning. Its gonna get even colder tonight too.

Any east coasters/ mid-westerners feelin' the chills today?

I skied in -21 all day yesterday and i was loving it. Great rail day.It also kept people away so no lift lines or people in the park.

Hitting single digits for the next 3 nights in central CT, low teens in the coming nights. High 20s during the day.

High of like 15 today in CT. The wind chill makes it miserable but I deal with it. Cold=snowmakingSnowmaking=skiing

Skiing=getting out of my hose

Getting out of my house= happy parents

Happy parents= free shit

Free shit= Good

Its pretty cold in PA but its supposed to get warmer soon. All the cold weather allows for some really good snowmaking which doesn't happen here often. Plus I'm stuck finishing up midterms so I can't complain.

Maybe my home mountain will have a jump this weekend =D

-50 (I've heard this isn't including windchill) at the top of Wildcat, they didn't open today.

That being said I was nice and cozy in my many layered hoodies and windbreaker.

-40 Celsius with the windchill in the nation's capital today, people were flipping shit but I don't mind because my home mountain is building their park right now and the way i see it the colder it is the more snow they can blow the bigger the park is. stoked.

while i agree, i must say thats sugarloaf maine gets retardedly cold, even though its a bit south. After growing up there i can only laugh at people complaining about the "cold" in the tropical location of whistler.

- around 30 here up on a mountain in the adks. Don't know windchill. I sure as fuck didn't go outside. Can't ride and I'm still sick, F that. My windows look like the scenes from the day after tomorrow.

It's gonna be cold cold cold cold cold

it's like 40 something in tahoe. fucking hot as shit. just skiing with a t shirts and a jacket and no facemask or anything

last week I was skiing in a hoody at whistler then playing pond hockey in the evening in the valley, gotta love inversions but now its getting cold up top and snowing which is great because it's been a while

how the hell you guys keep your feet warm in those -30s temperatures? Everything else you can just layer up, but you cant stuff more socks into your boots haha.

I can ski like max. an hour and then have a good long break to get my feet warm again.

We had -30C last saturday, and i had ski lessons with like eight 5 year olds. We did 2 runs, break, 2 runs, break.

put deoderant on your feet. it prevents any sweating and keeps them warm. trust meit works well. doctors told me when i was young bc both of my big toes were black one day after being all baked skiing alkl night.

on that note im bundled the fuck up and going to burke tomarrow to get drunk and slay rails.

Awesome, its -25 in MTL, going to have a fun weekend!
