For anyone who follows me, it's been a few months since I dropped a song. I've been working to create a professional, marketable sound. I'd like to think this isn't a totally shit product. If you listen, I hope you enjoy. This song is about vices and heaven. The beat is done by Gramatik and you can get his music free on the pretty lights label.

two verses. the beat samples stairway to heaven. hope ya dig it.

 
imo the song should start at 0:31. i fall into the category of 'loses interest fast when its repeated and familiar' and stairway is something that people will quickly change the station to because it's been played to death.

but overall, i liked it. easy listening, good sound. i dig

song was dope, gotta agree with anathema. if someone sent me this song and the first 30+ seconds were a zeppelin sample i would likely skip over it. great work mr. fry!
 
taht just sounded way too auto-tuned, it didn't even really sound like a person rapping. i'd much rather just listen to your actual voice and not some robotic voice. i didn't even get through it because of that
 
I liked it, but I have to agree with Anathema about the intro. It is a bit on the long side.

That aside, this is on such a different level than your older work Matt.
 
That was sick, Matt. I agree with the beginning of the song thing. But the track as whole is really rad. Keep it up!
