I upload a new icon and it just says i uploaded the one i have right now.
It wont let me change icon

What's it supposed to look like? Cause right now, it's a black background with a face in the bottom half.
Odds are it uploaded properly, but you need to right click on a page that your icon appears on and press 'refresh'. Usually when that happens, it's just in your cache.
