Srsly....where the fuck is the snow? All the wrong places at the wrong times. Season sucks already........

Unusually cold even.......yet still no damn snow........

 
yeah this. 7 inches so far this season, then it rained the last three days straight and now there's no snow. = [

locals hills are open but conditions are mehh
 
NC winters are bad enough, there has been about 3 inches of snow this season and not a lot of snowmaking opportunities. Hopefully a gnarly 2 month cold streak is gonna be the thing january-february
 
it sucks everyday when the forecast extends one day and i see another day of run, and my hopes of snow are dashed. i havent skied yet this season, all my mountains arent open yet
 
people need to get real and understand we are changing the worlds climate or somehting. i need to blame this lack of snow on something.
 
Raining in northern ontario, hopefully changing to snow soon though, is anywhere gettting good conditions right?
 
Stop whining. It will fall eventually.

Look at last year, it was dumping in the US from jan to april every day almost...
 
Today in Central Ontario it is 11 degrees celcius or 52 degrees fareneit and raining. This is awesome. The only plus side is that I get to see next years Eira samples tonight.
 
this has been a dismal start to the winter, we have. Its going to be 47 today, and I am in Maine. I feel like the weather is going to switch in the next few weeks, at least i hope it does.
 
Right before thanksgiving it looked amazing but then it didnt....

according to my weather savvy friend, in Colorado the Summit County resorts/ winter park have missed all the snow due to some weather vortex in the northwest, it is at record breaking levels right now, which pushes storms too far north, but it will reverse in late december/early january and then everything should be good.
 
It hasnt even been cold in MN. I know we don't get any snow ever but at least let it be cold enough to make the snow.
 
So far my midwest season has been great! Cold enough on the weekdays for my mountain to make snow and also get some natural snow, and then warm on the weekends for shredding!
 
its been raining here for the past 2 fucking weeks its awful, like 35 degrees to 55 but it wont drop any lower than 35 local hill hasnt even opened and isnt even able to blow any snow either

this season sucks
 
I read through this thread looking for some uplifting news from somewhere.... sounds like everyone's season is off to a shitty start. fuck.

These were taken today, on Raise Mountain, Lake District, England. There is a lot of snow here!!! There was a similar amount last weekend when I went skiing, we had to dig the lifts out.

this! i can deal with 50 inches of annual snowfall if everything is open and conditions are okay (by midwest standards), but rain.... come one mother nature
