It is funny how...

People can actually be "angry" (actually called jealousy, guys) at total strangers who are worse than them at skiing.

"So this kid at my hill had sick new skis and he doesn't totally know what he is doing. You know what I mean guys - he is new. And no one is ever new. I mean, I just started dropping switch 9s my first time out. Sure it took me a little while to get the bow and arrow, but come on, this kid is actually new. And I can't believe this crap, his parents actually bought him stuff for Christmas. He has new skis AND bindings. I hope he tears the crap out of his ACL so he would recognize that I am better skier because it really bothers me that he might think he is good. Sheesh!"

/end rant. HOpefully I can get back to sleep. Posting at 2 in the morning never helps.

haha, no... I am not drunk and don't really drink like that. I am just frustrated with how some people are so concerned with other riders gear and ability level.

But yes, this was a useless post. If I could delete it I would. Mod?

i'm just giving you a hard time. because really i agree.the way i've began to look at it is he/she is just one more person throwing money into the industry we love.

this has been gong on for years. the line between spoiled brat and new shit for christmas though can get fuzzy for some people.

It seems that when anyone on this website says that their parents bought them ski stuff a select few people freak out and decides it will get their e rep up if they tell everyone how they buy all of their gear.

i know what you mean but who honestly thinks like that when there skiing. It's hilarious to watch some people skiing rediculously bad but there having fun your having fun getting some laughs but we all been there. just yesterday i probably made some little shredders day laughing at me being bucked right at the bottom of the chair by some very unexpected moguls after a groomer?!

i totally agree...i was going to make a thread on this after the thread was made on some kid with afterbangs.

in the chairlift i like to play the "pick one peice of equiptment off of everybody that passes by" game. its super fun
