Issues with factions

Ive had my faction prodigy 2.0 for 5 days now and my edge and base under foot has already fallen out, has anyone else had issues with faction skis?

On my friends pair, top sheets are delamming big time on both tips, and the bases have gotten wrecked, but no edge issues that I can recall.

ive had 3 pairs of factions, all the edges fell out right away but at least you don't have to detune them lol. just send in warranties cuz they hand them out like candy halloween. Im about to put in my a warranty for another pair right now actually.

Damn why doesn't faction just figure out why their skis fall apart? It would save everyone time, money, and frustration

was thinking the exact same thing

My candides are holding up great, chipping like you'd expect on any ski, and no edge cracks

Which ones? There have been a few pictures of 2.0s snapped right behind the heel piece.

They don't control their own production so they might be limited in the construction changes they can make using someone else's tooling.

I work in a shop and we take in a ton of fucked up skis. I wouldn't say that I see more Factions than other brands but I do see a lot of really trashed and relatively new Factions. If you mainly ski all mountain, they're fine but park riders who come in with Factions often have really severe damage.

I believe they are switching the factory the prodigy 1.0 and 2.0 for next season

Any word if updates have been made for this year on either the prodigy or candide just blew the edge under foot after a week of mainly groomer ripping and then two days later the tail edge on one ski went I really like how the skis ride but like if the durability issues are still present I don't know if I'd want to put my money there again

Wait for next year, their going to start making almost all of them in the Fischer factory. Currently the CT 3.0 is made there and it’s very on point. When you hold a 2.0

next to it, the 2.0 is not even close to being as well built.

They’ve been great doing big levels of warranties for customers but that should diminish next year.
