i dont get it i have never seen one skier dominate so much in one season.

2 dew tour wins. 2nd at basin. dew overall athlete, dew cup. x games 1st. war of rails 1st grand prix 1st.

what. the. fuck.

 
It's just his year. He's been so damn good for like 4 years now, he's just had to work on his consistency. Now that he has master that, he is on a tear. Wouldn't be surprised if he wins euro x, afp champions, joi, etc.
 
JOI??? Is he even going?? That contest will be nuts. I heard Jon is gona build the biggest jump of all time.
 
I don't think Tom or Simon are invited if I recall. And the chances of Tom winning a big air seem incredibly small in my opinion but who knows
 
I was just generalizing, i meant just any comp he goes to. I dunno if hes going to joi or not, but afp and joi arent at the same time this year.
 
answer me this, in the hundreds of times this question has been asked on this site, has it EVER been answered? no and let me tell you why... only tom knows his finances and he sure as hell isn't dumb enough to tell random kids on the internet his business.

i actually heard that tom wallisch has recently joined the ranks of the notorious illuminati so chances are hes actually a reptillian by now
 
Its pretty awesome that along with dominating the competitions this season, he still has made time to film w/L1P in Alaska and Japan this season, so he should have a good segment. He's amazing.
 
That was a bit rude but this is the internet. It really isn't that hard to figure out...I was just being lazy. I was merely wondering what it comes to when you add up all the first place finishes. Sorry for being curious fucking...nice name.
 
I think its only natural for peoply to be curious about Toms earnungs. I just wonder, do some of his sponsors match his contest winnings? Im just curious how it all works, not necessarily how much he makes. But he did make some serious cash this season,just in contests alone.
 
i'd say he's making more than any other skier right now. My guess is he made about 150k this year. I honestly have no idea but the problem with being a pro skier is you only get that salary for a few years before it goes down to close to nothing. I hope he's even making more, he's worked his ass off for it and maintained some class doing it. i've been on the wallisch-wagon since day 1
 
who's wammy tallnutz? But serisously, he's on a fucking role. Easily the best skier in the game right now
 
I'd imagine Tom Wallisch made a $100,000 from X Games alone between a $50,000 Gold Medal purse and his sponsors matching/paying for his place.

Dew Tour - sure he's made something close to that as he's regularly placed/won.

Pure speculation but my bet is this winter alone he will make over $250,000
 
having no knowledge of sponser salaries (scott? north face??) and virtually no knowledge of how much he's won from contests i'd guess its in the 6 figures. 10k for some comps x 6 lets say, and sponsers maybe give him 40-60k, minus taxes. travel expenses paid by sponsers? food? i think 6 figures is close enough

or how much does jon make? divide that by 10

i would bet tanner still makes more with armada and everything, as far as i know tom doesnt really have a ton of pro models either, sure he has the full tilts, but full tilt claims that their athletes dont get paid, although i kind of doubt that with tom and seth, but what else? does he have any pro models from scott?
 
Tom has promodel skis and goggs with Scott, as well as FT,and is in just about every TNF ad
 
pro models don't have a ton to do with money, athletes get some money from each sale, but they receive alot more money from their yearly salaries with each company.
 
first thing i thought of when i opened this thread haha. also is your icon the nxn logo? were you there this year? i was there with a team from baltimore but we werent very good
