Is this native boot a good hiking boot?

So I need some new hiking boots for backpacking this summer and i was wondering if these are actually quality boots or just look cool. ill probably end up buying them anyway for my job this summer but just wondering if anybuddy knew any thing about them

I can't speak for the brand but I can say that I'd want a higher boot for ankle support if I was backpacking with it. Something like that is more suitable for dayhikes where you're carrying minimal weight

Yeah this would be fine for little day hikes but not for trips and backpacking, you'll want more support in the long run. But also if it's for a summer job it will be fine to use them most likely.

Im pretty sure form weighed into the design of these more than function. You'd be better of with something purpose built for hiking.
