hard to tell, looks pretty much fine but bring it into your local shop and ask the tech they will be happy to help

You used to be able to get the toe wing replacements from a shop or maybe even look. Pretty sure you need them.

Skiing them in this state is possible but not safe and you will probably have a bad time.
Good news though: You can replace the toe wings! Get an old Rossi PX, Axial or Pivot toe-piece with wings in the same colour or a colour you like, disassemble both toe pieces and replace the broken wings with the new ones. I've done it before, it took me about 15 minutes (i had an old axial toe piece flying around though)
