Is there a way to find out a phone number w/ an address? (in canada)

I was scammed, my other thread was deleted, but in all seriousness I just want my stuff back and am wondering if there is anyway to find out a house phone number in Canada (Woodbridge, ON) by having the address? Whitepages/Mylife don't give out #'s.

This number or address will not be posted anywhere, I am just curious if there is a site to find out a phone number so I can have a chat with this kid's parents and hopefully get my stuff back.
