Is there a difference between rossi fks 140 and look pivot 14?

my look px12 jibs exploded, i bought a pair of demo bindings because thats all they had left. i realize that they probs wont last long/will suck so i want to get a burlier binding that wont be shiity for next year/when i have ca$h. they look pretty much the same and am just wondering if theres a difference in the two.
